To prepare liquid soap from its blend you just need to blend it with specified volume of water (depending on the expected anionic action and viscosity) and concentrate it by a proper electrolyte (sodium chloride salt) and then add optional fragrance and color for preparation of the liquid soap that suits your criteria.

Preparation of liquid soap from its blend

Please follow the instructions:

Weigh the related blend first.

The final weight of the liquid soap has to be three times as much as its blend. For this purpose add water to the blend to bring its total volume to three fold.

Stir the mixture with a blender.

Continue stirring until the mixture becomes consistent.

Add optional fragrance and color and again continue stirring until the mixture becomes consistent.

Use sodium chloride salt to maintain its viscosity. The best percentage of salt for the best viscosity is 3.4%.

Measure the viscosity with a viscometer. Increase or decrease the viscosity if necessary.
